United East Athletics Association (UEAA) is thrilled to invite you to join us at our 50th Anniversary Gala Celebration on Thursday, June 4th, 2026 at the House of Joy, 28 Pell Street in Chinatown, NYC.

Our Golden Anniversary is more than a celebration of time; it is a tribute to the visionary leadership that built our foundation. As we celebrate 50 years of service, we are proud to honor three individuals whose distinct contributions have been the catalyst for our growth: June Jee, Chung Hing Sin, and Jack Ho—three pillars of United East Athletics Association. Their decades of dedicated service and instrumental leadership have been the driving force behind our growth, transforming a local initiative into a thriving institution for our community.

Meet Our Honorees

United East Athletics Association was founded in 1976 by a small group of first-generation immigrant sports enthusiasts. Its initial goal was to offer recent immigrant youths constructive sports programs where they could develop physically and mentally as well as help them integrate into mainstream America. As the organization grew, UEAA became an integral component of the Chinese community in addressing the developmental needs of our young people. UEAA has expanded from offering strictly sports oriented programs to providing community services, such as summer youth recreational and educational programs, and to promoting Chinese culture through organized community events.
